Arbonne offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on all products to Clients, including Preferred Clients. Clients not completely satisfied may return the purchased products to their Independent Consultant or Arbonne for a replacement or full refund within 90 days from the Client purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Promotional products and gift items may not be available for replacement and may, at Arbonne’s discretion, be exchanged for an item of equal value. The product guarantee applies only to orders placed through an Arbonne authorized sales channel. Refunds and exchanges may be obtained by contacting Arbonne’s Customer Service Department at 1-800-ARBONNE.
Independent Consultants are eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price, less appropriate set-offs and legal claims, if any, on product inventory and Business Aids and Business Tools purchased within one year from the date of purchase.
